Police Model Protectron - Fallout
This suit was sculpted in clay, templated, scaled up, and transfered to EVA foam. Pieces were glued together and plastic balls were used for other sections. The biggest challenge of this costume was fitting human proportions into the shape of the robot. Plywood was used for structure. Seams were filled with silicone, and the entire thing was painted and weathered. This piece was repurposed and can be seen in the background of the Fallout TV show.
